PUBLIC INFORMATION
Support
Where private testers can start when WipeWire, Rust+, or Discord is not behaving as expected.
Private-testing support
A public support inbox and guaranteed response times have not been activated. For now, use the contact channel that the WipeWire operator gave you when you joined private testing. Never include passwords, Steam Guard codes, Rust+ tokens, Discord bot tokens, API keys, or full authorization headers.
Before reporting a problem
- Open System Health and note which service or connection is unhealthy.
- Record the approximate time, your team name, the action you tried, and the visible error message.
- For Discord, confirm the bot is installed and can view and send messages in the selected channel.
- For Rust+, confirm the game server is online and the paired credential has not been revoked.
- Do not repeatedly retry a device control if its state is uncertain; confirm it in game first.
Rust+ pairing extension
Open the Chrome and Edge extension page to check this browser, review the permission scope, and see the current store-listing status. A failed check means “not detected here,” not proof that the extension is uninstalled.
Account and privacy requests
Account & Security provides secret-excluding personal and owner-authorized team exports plus protected self-service deletion. Deletion requires a fresh two-factor-authenticated sign-in, and a sole team owner must transfer ownership before deleting an account that still has other members.
Security issues
Follow the security reporting guidance. Do not publicly disclose suspected vulnerabilities or test against another team.
